Earthquake Alert is operated by Social Snowball LLC and is provided for general informational purposes. Earthquake information is sourced from the U.S. Geological Survey and may update, change, or be corrected after initial publication.

Earthquake Alert is not an official earthquake warning, emergency dispatch, evacuation, tsunami warning, or life-safety system. Do not rely on Earthquake Alert as your sole source for emergency decisions. Follow instructions from government agencies and local emergency officials.

Magnitude, depth, location, timing, map position, notification timing, and related information may contain delays or inaccuracies caused by source data, network conditions, device conditions, or service interruptions.

You may use Earthquake Alert for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse third-party data or intellectual property displayed through the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earthquake Alert and Social Snowball LLC are provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular emergency purpose.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
